Insolv Platform, for licensed insolvency practitioners

Every other platform tells you a company is failing.Ours puts its director on the phone.

Your staff. Your conduct. Our rails.

Your firm's own platform, built and maintained by Wolf, receiving certified business passports from directors who chose you. Built once, owned outright, running on infrastructure you do not have to maintain.

Wolf supplies the platform and nothing else. We take no appointment, advise no director, hold no interest in any outcome, and touch no estate. Every judgement on every matter remains yours.

Your case management system stays exactly where it is. Insolv runs alongside it, not through it. No migration, no rip and replace, no integration project. If you later want the two connected, that is a configuration decision rather than a condition of use.

SME insolvency journey

Millions of SME AI accounts. One route to the right IP.

Watch SME accounts move through the claim process on the platform. At the decision point a proportion put their hand up to speak to an insolvency practitioner, and progress to an SME Passport and a Certification Certificate. Illustrative model, not live client data.

The gap

A company appears in the figures on the day it is already gone.

The appointment was decided weeks earlier, usually by whoever the director spoke to first. Every product built on filed data reads the same public record, at the same speed, and tells all 1,262 of you the same thing on the same morning.

AccountsFiled months after the period they describe.
JudgmentsAppear only after proceedings have run.
PetitionsAppear only after the debt has matured.

Each is a record of something that has finished, arriving after the point at which the decision had to be made.

How Wolf's Insolv Platform differs uniquely

Layer one, modelled

Where distress sits

A probability model scores distress across the whole UK business population by area, sector and size. It shows you where the pressure is building, ahead of the filed event. It names nobody.

Layer two, declared

Who has asked for help

A business inside the Wolf SME base raises its own hand, completes a structured declaration of its position, selects a firm and transmits. Named, dated, consented, and the client's own act throughout.

A new paradigm

Held together, each layer calibrates the other. The businesses that have declared prove which parts of the modelled map are real. The map then points at the ones alongside them, in the same area, sector and size band, who have not yet come forward. That is a targeting position, not a report, and it requires holding a consented SME base and a national model in the same system.

The standing channel

Daily distress signals, live monitoring of currently 263,411 UK SMEs, with an extended demographic pool accrual working through 2.3m SMEs. Each SME has a free Business AI Passport account, and every account carries a debt and insolvency contact tab. Every client is emailed at least once a month on insolvency issues and news around their ongoing claims, so the offer and the option are constantly open.

Business AI Passport
What arrives

A certified business passport, in the same format every time.

Your team currently qualifies a phone call. Under this model you receive a completed business file that the director filled in and transmitted, structured identically on every occasion, with the debt position mapped and any claim value already quantified.

What the file contains Identity, sector, size, turnover, employees and years trading, declared and current rather than drawn from accounts up to twenty one months old. The arrears position across VAT, PAYE, corporation tax, time to pay, rent, supplier stop, facility withdrawal, wages, judgments, statutory demands, petitions, called personal guarantees and overdue filings. A stated urgency window. Two separate permissions, contact and introduction, captured as two acts.
Certified to a published standard Six gates, four verdicts, one dated artefact, with a reference your platform validates against the central register. Each field carries its evidence class on the face of the record, so what was matched against a register is never presented as the same thing as what was stated.

Application

Date of knowledge, fixed at the time rather than reconstructed after it.

A dated declaration by a director of their own arrears, demands and called guarantees is evidence of what that director knew, and when.

How it is answered today That question sits at the centre of antecedent transaction work and of any argument about the point at which a director should have concluded there was no reasonable prospect of avoiding an insolvent outcome. It is ordinarily rebuilt afterwards from correspondence, bank records and recollection, at real cost and with a contested result.
How a passport answers it A certified passport fixes it contemporaneously, in the director's own hand, before an appointment exists and before anyone has an interest in the answer. No product built on filed data can produce it, because filed data records the company, not the director's own account of what they knew on a given day.
The platform

One environment. Three jobs it does.

The Insolv Platform is your firm's own instance, built to your configuration under your brand. Separate from our funder and SME estates, and separate from every other firm running one.

Desk one

Distressed firm watch

Intelligence on solicitor and claims companies under strain, in card format, updated as signals land. Built for appointment origination and book valuation before the market prices it.

  • Every card carries a classification: verified, reported or assessment.
  • No claim without a source and a date. No exceptions.
Desk two

Certified passport intake

The receiver. Certified business passports transmitted by directors who selected your firm land here, validated against the central register, ingested into your systems in a fixed format rather than typed up from a call.

  • The client selects the firm and transmits. No record is released by any other route.
  • Contact permission and introduction permission are two separate acts, recorded at Gate 03.
  • Triage cost falls to validating a reference rather than qualifying a caller.
Desk three

Claim estate

Tooling to surface, quantify and progress potential mis selling claims held inside the estates you already administer, and inside every passport that arrives. Corporate and consumer. Your case data, your staff, your conduct.

  • Runs on your own estates and your own intake. We supply no records to this desk.
  • Motor finance commission. Business energy broker commission. Insurance premium finance. Unaffordable lending. IRHP tails. SIPP and DB transfer advice.
Where the work is

The appointments exist. The question is who reaches them first.

Claim estate

An estate is an asset register. Some of the assets are claims.

Where the assets sit In a corporate insolvency a mis selling cause of action is a company asset. In a bankruptcy it vests in the trustee. In an IVA or a trust deed it turns on the terms and the after acquired asset provisions. These assets sit in books you are already administering, and most are never identified, because nobody has the tooling to look at scale.
What arrives with each passport Every certified passport arrives with its claim position attached. Quantified per file with the Gate 05 provenance evidence, aggregated across the book, split between asserted and realisable, with the vesting question carried as a flag rather than an answer.
Why it matters to the estate An unidentified claim is an unrealised asset. Found during the administration it is a realisation and a fee. Missed, the estate closes without it and it is gone.

Recorded as identified, never as realised

Quantum on the platform is an identified value carrying its evidence class. It is not a recovery, not a forecast of one, and it is never presented as either. Whether a claim vests in the estate and can be pursued by the office holder is a legal question for you, not an output of the platform.

Delivery

Twelve weeks. One build window at a time.

Build capacity is finite and allocated in sequence. A slot is held with a reservation and resource credit (RRC), fully deducted against the build costs. Refunded if a build does not proceed under an MSA.

Stage one

Pre build review

Scope, configuration and acceptance criteria issued and agreed in writing. No build hours are committed until you approve it.

Weeks 1 to 3

Core instance

Your environment, tenant configuration, branding, user and seat model.

Weeks 4 to 6

Passport receiver and validator

Intake in fixed format, certificate validation against the central register, exception register. Acceptance milestone.

Weeks 7 to 9

Claim estate module

Quantification, provenance capture, portfolio outputs across the book.

Weeks 10 to 11

Acceptance testing

User acceptance across your own team, then a dedicated mobile optimisation pass before release.

Week 12

Go live

Handover, training, and the first maintenance year commences.

Stage 01 of 06

How it is bought

A reservation holds the build window and credits against the build. The build is fixed price and staged against milestones. Maintenance is annual and mandatory, covering the receiver and the validator maintained centrally against the current standard. Panel presence and certified passport volume are separate instruments and are quoted on enquiry.

Costings

£POA, dependent on required demographic coverage, market sector, and volume capability and capacity.

No revenue share. No contingency. No percentage of any appointment or any recovery. We are paid for infrastructure and for nothing that depends on what you decide.

Five things you can take apart yourself.

Each panel opens on click. Nothing here names a business, and every figure carries its class.

Where the value comes from

Every SME holding a Business AI Passport account is served one claim category a month, across twelve months. Motor finance commission. Business energy broker commission. Insurance premium finance. Unaffordable lending. Packaged bank accounts. Undisclosed commissions on asset finance. The client reviews each one against its own trading history and raises what applies.

The effect is cumulative. A business that would have identified one claim identifies several, because the categories are put in front of it one at a time over a year rather than all at once in a single form nobody completes.

By the time that business reaches an office holder, the review has already been run. The passport arrives carrying a claim position built over many months, each entry with its own provenance evidence attached under Gate 05, rather than a single asserted figure taken on the day.

Not a CMCWolf is a frontier AI technology and infrastructure provider, is not a claims management company, carries on no regulated claims management activity and is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.

The standard applied to every certified file was first issued on 15 November 2025, following engagement with the Financial Conduct Authority and the Solicitors Regulation Authority on their structured terms through which the compliance parameters behind it were established. Two assessments produced against those requirements, a Consumer Duty Assessment and an SRA Compliance Assessment, are published in full.
